Wonderful Windows -- Wow! i walked by lulu boutique in san mateo, ca today and was amazed at the design forward window display -- vintage vogue and votre beaute pages and vintage dresses mixing perfectly with new DvF and sanctuary. what a great concept -- cash in on the eco-friendly craze while attracting customers. i asked owner jamie sears and she said the window display has sold 5 vintage dresses since it's been up for a week, and brought in more traffic than she ever imagined. "i live vintage, as you can see. i had to show it off as best i could this month,' she said. |
