Just got through reading Amy's 4th of July Playlist and was like ,  "Yeah these are the jams...." then I got to the end and saw Summertime in the LBC ( one of my all time faves) and decided that she officially has some street cred. She's keepin' it real, and keepin; it gangsta. I can already myself at the grill..."Lemme hear ya' oooooohhhh, ooohhh, lemme hear ya' say ahhhhhh..summertime in the LBC..." LOL

Love it!

I am SO EXCITED! Just got some juicy details about the next season! I can't wait until the 16th. Until then ladies....do like I am and relive all the glory with the final collection videos from last season and snag your PR Tees .

I am in LOVE with Heidi's wardrobe on the first episode and can't wait to see how this season unfolds. If any of you think you have what it takes please, please, please audition. I would love to see one of my fellow Splendoritas sewing her way to fashion fame! Get more info here!

(Seriously folks it's our motto, :) ) Is that I get to pour over the SATC wardrobe from the movie and the show and upload the products into our SATC section!  During my research I noticed that several sources (Including the Sex and the City Movie book) were listing the colorblock Maxi Dress Carrie wears in Mexico as a "Moose Kinsey" dress when in fact it is actually by Mooka Kinney! There is also a reference in the book where they refer to another dress Carrie wears as being by designer Alexander dell'Acqua ( I know fashion mavens try to swallow) when in fact the designer's name is actually spelled Alessandro Dell'Acqua. YIKES!

Never fear...I have caught these typos and am bringin' all the wardrobe goodies to ya' including the replica of the vintage studded belt Carrie wears from Pat Field!

Here is another pic of my sister farther along....isn't she cute. I can't wait. And now it's on to the registry. I am torn as to whether I should get my lil' nephew something fun or functional. It just feels so boring giving her the "babies first wardrobe" (besides the fact that my mom has went overboard with clothes already) and a receiving blankets etc...

So I just noticed the Byrdie dress from Alloy I ordered a few weeks back is on Splendora's list of 100 best dresses for a summer wedding! Here's hoping it looks as cute on me as it does the model...(I am not thrilled about the back order status...so you will have to wait to get an update in July) !

 Seriously ladies....Alloy is my secret weapon!

In case ya'll missed it our own Splendorita Zem and Editor of Ecofabulous.com was on Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane last week., helping the diva and her little angels " Go Green". It was hilarious to watch her try to Keep Kimora and her friend from making the wrong decisions in Whole Foods.

And although my carbon footprint is 1,000 times smaller than Kimora with all her homes, cars, and daily habits...it is not as small as it could be. And I learned from watching her shop with Kimora that as the title of her site says..I can be Eco and fabulous!

So after our work outing to SATC the movie last week ...we were all feeling inspired. Some were inspired to get a closet that looked like Carrie's, some were inspired to take that next big step ,and other's like our Marketing Coordinator Alexis were insistent on sharing the ...LOVE, as in the " Love" keychain Jennifer Hudson carried.

What ever skepticism about how many women wanted to carry a little love with them has now subsided as I see our abundance of pre-orders for this little bauble. Snag it for yourself to keep as a reminder to keep love in your life or give it to a little cousin like I am going to do ( She's going to love me forever....).

I am so excited! I thnk they are going to name my lil' nephew Zayden ( he gets a Z name after his daddy)! Isn't my sister cute she is 23 weeks here. I know she looks like she only just ate lunch but she is super tiny regulary!

Am I the only one who is a little up in the air about mocassins? I see them ALL the time on Sienna Miller , Nicole Richie , and Kate Hudson, and they look cute but I'm still like "How will this trend translate for me" I saw them here on Lauren Conrad and picked them as my choice for Look of the Day but I can't help but think I'd look like a poser in them and that they'd make my legs look bad....
