Please pass the Alieve

I have the headache of all headaches right now. Actually, I've had it for about a week now. Geez - I must love a good challenge (any former boyfriend would probably agree); I'm in the middle of hell and chaos at work, and I'm still moving next Sunday. I was in the office until 9:30 last night. Tonight looks no more promising.

Even still - I'm excited for what's coming in my life. I don't know what it is, but I'm excited about it.

Anyway - I did spend a good portion of the day trying to figure out how I'll finance my coffee and handbag addiction in New York. Still working on it; but it's nice to have sisters that will let you live with them rent free for a while. I posted earlier today, but I'm genuinely wondering if there are any Splendoritas out there that work for ShopPR on Park Ave. Inquiring minds would like to know.

I didn't manage to leave the office for even a second today (trying to figure out how to get a crane off of F Street, dead smack in the middle of our event location -- thanks to Tishman Speyer, AARP, and, yes...I'm going to throw some blame at the Shakespeare Theatre). Tomorrow, I'll be back in DCRA purgatory, but at least I'll be out of the office. Tonight, hopefully I'll get some sleep. However, I did manage to purchase a sweet, sweet Alice + Olivia dress from shopbop! YAY!

Oh yeah...so, last week's luncheon was my first time wearing my Clu dress from Saks. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!
