It has been confirmed that the former Mrs, Tom Cruise is back in the dating saddle. Sources say Nic has been dating the lead singer of the Counting Crows, Adam Duritz. In the past, the dreadlocked Duritz has cavorted around with Jennifer Aniston, Coutney Cox, and Lara Flynn Boyle. Who knew that matted hair would attract such a bevy of beauts?
