Shop till you drop for every accessory you can dream of (sticky mats, meditation CDs, clothes, incense), then lose yourself in the beautiful waterfall wall and murals. Intense, highly-satisfying classes for every stage of yoga practice are available even to those who just walk in. Co-owner David Life still regularly instructs always-full classes through a variety of challenging yet attainable poses. Rooms are painted an earthy blue and, other than beginning classes, have no mirrors or distracting displays. And yes, that was Christy Turlington and David Duchovny doing headstands by the wall.
