This is largely due to the bubbly attitude of its owner, Julie, who treats clients with care and has her own paintings hanging amongst the inviting decor. Her artistic ability isn't just visible on the walls of 17 Jewels, but in the freshly cut, Victoria's Secret-worthy 'do she created for us. After a blissful scalp massage, expert cut and color, and styling with Bumble and Bumble products, we left with a little sashay in our step.
