Yes, it's the SATC premiere and the hat is fun but we expected a little more from this mega fashion icon. Without the hat, the dress is prom night redux and with the hat, it seems like she borrowed a theatrical stage prop to spice up an otherwise pretty but ho-hum dress. Fashion Grade: C+
